(12-3) Net 30. Spoke with David (929) 288-1503. He said that they are having an issue with their thermostat in the movie theater/basement. They can't control the temp with the arrows on the thermostat. People are complaining that it's either freezing or boiling. Please get approval on pricing BEFORE performing any work!
8 - 10. I let customer know you will arrive more between 8:30 - 10am. PLEASE CALL WHEN ON THE WAY!! (803) 767-5015. They said they started using their AC last week for the first time since last fall. There is a strong smell when they run the unit, and think they may need a cleaning of the system.
9 - 10 arrival time. NET30. Spoke to Ari. He is the Director of Facilities for The Archer School. This was a Hartman Baldwin install. They have 4 Lennox units, he would like the filters replaced due to the fires and to have all the units rinsed off. He said to enter off of Chaparral and you can call him so he can meet you: (310) 948-5539. He said if you can quote him before coming out, he will have a check ready, if not, he will use a CC this time but would like to get set up for billing in the future.
